Paying for Tickets & Meals

Some events require an admission ticket, some require a meal purchase, and some are free to attend. When payment is needed, you’ll find buttons right under the event description. Please include the event name and date during checkout so we know what you’re signing up for.

Prefer not to pay online? No problem! We also accept payment in person on the day of the event. (Accepted payment types: [confirm cash/check/card]).

RSVPs

• Do I need to RSVP?
  Some events do require an RSVP. If so, you’ll find instructions right in the event listing.
• Can I bring a guest?
  Absolutely! We love when new faces join us. Just be sure to purchase a ticket or meal (if required) for each person in your group.

Location

Where are events held?
Most of our events take place at the Perkins Mansion (494 East Ave, Rochester, NY). If another location is used, we’ll note it clearly in the event description.

Where should I park?
Free parking is available in the lot behind the Mansion.

Is the Perkins Mansion ADA accessible?
Yes! Guests may enter through the ramp at the back of the Mansion, and ADA-compliant restrooms are available.

Payments & Meals

Do I need to pay to attend?
There is never a charge to attend a branch meeting. However, if you’d like to join us for a meal, there is a meal charge as listed in the event description.

Can I pay at the door?
Yes — we accept payment in-person on the day of the event. You can also pay in advance using PayPal, by check, or by credit card over the phone.

Are meals included in the ticket price?
Not all events include meals. If a meal is part of the event, the price will be listed in the event description.

What happens if I can’t attend after reserving a meal?
We understand that plans change. However, once you reserve a meal, the caterer counts on your spot and we are committed to paying for it — even if you don’t attend. If you can’t make it, we kindly ask that you honor your reservation by paying online, sending a check or calling Julie at 585-370-2235  with your credit card number.
