The toolkit is divided into three main sections:
- Resources for Women – which includes resources for the development of leadership and other skills, resources for reporting discrimination, and getting involved in organizations that promote pay equity.
- Resource for Employers.
- Industry Specific Resources. Please feel free to open, download, distribute and share this toolkit for closing the pay gap.
Our hope is that this toolkit will benefit women, employers and others on bringing equity to the workplace.
